Here i am Sharing Delicious Receip of Chicken Tikka
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers
- Oil for grilling
Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and stir until the chicken is fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

When you're ready to cook, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, making sure to leave a little space in between each piece.

Brush the grill with a little bit of oil to prevent sticking.

Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the edges are slightly charred.

Serve the chicken tikka hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and sliced onions, along with naan bread and chutney or raita, if desired.
